Shipping costs are not included in prices. Although some of the items on the menu are labelled as DF, VE and V, and extreme care has been taken into the cleaning, disinfecting, separating and handling of different kinds of foods, all items are produced in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens.

Instead of glacé cherries that are covered in refined sugars I use generous cuts of natural sweet ones for the topping. Instead of refined icing sugar I use reduced amount of organic coconut sugar which explains the wee freckles. 24cal per piece. Bahulu are age old Malay treats that have a special place in my mind. They remind me so much of my late maternal grandmother whom I possibly inherited my flair in the kitchen from. She used to love them so much. I vaguely remember as a wee girl, always seeing these Asian version of madeleines in plastic containers with red lids in her home. Homemade Sambal Belachan - 190ml jar. No preservatives or colouring. Only fresh ingredients. The good aul’ Sambal Belachan. A staple condiment in the Malay household kitchens in Singapore and Malaysia. Star ingredients: fresh chillies and belachan (fermented shrimp paste). Literally grew up inhaling this 😄 my mum would make it every week while squatting on the kitchen floor using the old school pestle & mortar lined with a tea towel at the bottom, to minimise the noise and I suppose protect the kitchen floor. I remember so vividly the vibrant colours of the ingredients that went into the mortar before she pounced and ground them with the pestle into a paste that released refreshing aromas. Needless to say, I was trained for this task too to help her out if she was multitasking in the kitchen. This legendary sambal adds a kick and a burst of exciting flavours as a side sauce to your meals.
